It is not a keepsake (about 3 inches, a tablespoon) and it is not an individual urn (about 10 inches, a full adult’s remains). If you are dividing ashes between households, or keeping some close after scattering the rest, this is the size.
Most families still need one individual urn for the remainder, then one sharing urn per household that wants more than a token. Matching keepsakes cover everyone else. Same design, three sizes, so the set looks like it belongs together.
