For those who wore a crucifix every day from their confirmation onward, the cross was never decoration - it was a compressed theology carried close to the skin, a daily reminder of the full story: the suffering that preceded the resurrection, the body on the cross before the empty tomb. The Catholic cremation urn honors a faith expressed not primarily through argument but through practice: the Stations of the Cross walked year after year, the sacraments received, the rosary carried in a pocket or worked between fingers during ordinary hours. A battered crucifix resoldered twice is worth more than a new one, because the years are in the metal. Those who lived this faith knew the cross was not the end of the story, and they carried that conviction through everything the decades brought them.
The gunmetal gray finish provides a dignified aesthetic that honors a life lived with quiet strength and unyielding devotion. As a Catholic cremation urn, this piece serves as a visual anchor, keeping the promise of the resurrection ever-present in a living space. It offers a way for family members to keep a physical connection to their faith close at hand.
Quality features of this urn:
• durable cast aluminum with a painted finish
• threaded screw-top lid
• felt base to protect display surfaces
• complimentary velour drawstring bag included
This keepsake urn holds a very small portion of cremated remains, roughly the size of a medicine bottle. This allows for a token amount to be kept by multiple family members. We also offer the Sharing and Individual sizes. A complimentary velour drawstring bag is included to protect the finish during storage or transport.

I should think so. These urns are quite tiny and are only meant to store enough remains to share. Perhaps if you spread most of the ashes this would be enough to keep just a bit.
You need a big urn to go with this.

Holds all of an adult's remains, the same full-size memorial a funeral home provides. Choosing one urn for one person? This is the one.
Holds a meaningful portion of the remains, measured in cups, not all of them. Choose this when dividing ashes between households, or keeping some close after scattering the rest.
Holds a small token: a few spoonfuls. A personal remembrance: one for each family member, or something small to keep on a shelf or bedside table.
Keeping our sizing simple allows for worry-free shopping and a consistent canvas for your special engraving. Each cremation urn has a max size listed in its description. Contact us with specific questions regarding which cremation urn best fits your needs.
Our premium urns are finished in hand-applied enamel: glossier, deeper and more luminous than standard paint, with a rich, jewel-like depth of color and added durability. They are then adorned with intricate hand-hammered metal detailing: ornate, sculpted bands worked by hand around the lid and shoulder that catch the light. The result is an elevated, one-of-a-kind memorial you can feel as well as see.
Our classic painted finish over solid metal: a smooth, even color offered across our widest range of shades. The understated look keeps the focus on your engraving and artwork, holds its color over time, and suits most memorials. A timeless, versatile choice that pairs beautifully with any sentiment or design.
