The veteran combat boots memorial urn honors the people who laced up for their country - the ones who came through basic training and never forgot the drill instructor's voice, the ones who deployed and the ones who served stateside and kept everything running, the Guard and Reserve members who balanced a uniform with a civilian job for years, and the veterans who came home and spent the rest of their lives showing up for other veterans. Anyone who served remembers breaking in that first pair of boots, and plenty kept a pair in the closet long after they got out. Every eligible veteran is entitled to military funeral honors at the family's request, with the playing of Taps and the folding of the flag. This combat veteran cremation urn is a tribute to service, loyalty, and the people who stood up when they were asked.
Ruby Red is the finish on this Sharing urn, and the combat boots design is engraved across it. It is for anyone who kept their boots shined and their word good.
Quality features of this urn:

This Sharing size allows for the division of remains among family members or close friends. For families looking to split remains, this will hold one quarter to one fifth of the typical individual remains. We recommend at least one Individual sized urn to be used to hold additional remains. A keepsake is pocket size, about 3 inches high. It holds a small token: a few spoonfuls. A personal remembrance for each family member, or something small for a shelf or bedside table. A sharing urn is larger: a real home-display piece with more room for names, dates, and artwork you can actually read more easily. They are two sizes, not two names for the same urn.

A meaningful portion, measured in cups, not all of an adult’s remains. Each sharing urn lists its max size in the product description. If you are choosing one urn for one person, that is an individual urn (full size, about 10 inches high). If you only need a small token, that is a keepsake.

Yes. A common plan is one individual urn, a sharing urn for the household that wants a piece on the shelf, and keepsakes for everyone who wants a small remembrance. The funeral home will divide and transfer the ashes if you would rather not do it yourself. If you are unsure which mix fits your family, contact us. We do this with families every day.

This is even prettier in my home than what I expected. The size was generous and no issue at all placing the remains in. It took me a few days to get to that but it was quicker and easier than expected.
