This individual urn is sized to hold all of the cremated remains of one adult. This urn fills from the bottom - start by setting it upside down on a soft cloth. Simply remove the four revealed screws to place the ashes inside, then secure the base back in place.

The urn was very securely wrapped and packed in a sturdy box and arrived timely with normal delivery. On one occasion I telephoned the company to ask a question. A person answered and was available to respond. I did not have to leave a message or scroll through an answering system.
