This made in the USA solid alder wood urn is custom built for Green Meadow Memorials to meet our demanding specifications for a beautiful, high quality hardwood urn.   The solid alder has fine detailing in the grain of the wood making it an ideal surface for our direct laser engraving process. 

Your loved one's ashes can be transferred into the urn by simply removing the four screws from the base and it's generous dimensions ensures that any persons remains will fit, regardless of the weight in life.  Four large felt feet ensure that the surfaces will be protected from dings and scratches.

Questions & Answers

Question: How do I fill this? Remove the bottom?
Answer: Carefully lay the urn on it's top. Set into the base you will see four screws. Carefully remove each screw. The base of the urn can then be picked up and carefully set aside. Place the remains and optional mementos inside the urn. Carefully replace the base on the urn and then reinsert the screws. Tighten them until they are tight but there is no need to overtighten them.

The urn is well made and proudly constructed here in the USA which was a must for my father who was an advocate for domestic manufacturing. All of the ashes fit easily in the bottom which opened with four philips screws. Just transferred the bag from the temporary cardboard box the crematory gave me to the new urn. Very simple.
