This brushed silver plate is designed specifically to be used for the DIY cremation urn. The plate is made from a durable attractive plastic that mimics the look of a brushed metal. Thickness of the material is 0.0625". Each plate has an adhesive lined back which can be used to attach the urn to a surface or optionally the plate can be configured to have 4 holes for small brad nails which are included when configured.

The folks at Green Meadow did an excellent job in engraving a plate for my father who passed away at 99 years old. I haven't attached the plate yet to his urn but we appreciate the included nails as well as the quick turn around.

Beautifully engraved
We lost out family furbaby on his 12th birthday. My mother has taken it the worst, as she was his main caregiver. She received his ashes in a wooden box was bare and she took that even harder. I decided to get this engraved plate and saw how beautiful others looked. I was not disappointed at all. This was a surprise gift for my mother that she received today and she adores it. Plate engraving
This is our 3rd purchase in the last 2 years. We've had some bad luck with pets, 2 were seniors, 1 was sick. We've gotten all their urn engravings from Green Meadow. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!
