This brushed silver plate is designed specifically to be used for the DIY pet cremation urn. The plate is made from a durable attractive plastic that mimics the look of a brushed metal. Thickness of the material is 0.0625". Each plate has an adhesive lined back which can be used to attach the urn to a surface or optionally the plate can be configured to have 4 holes for small brad nails which are included when configured.

I ordered this and received it within a few days. It was perfect and exactly as i designed. I highly recommend the product and Green Meadow.
The engraving is crisp and detailed and the finish on the plate is perfect. I commend Green Meadow for including an extra mounting nail with the versions that use them, knowing that some buyers would misplace one of those tiny fasteners in the process of installing the plate.
Got a wood urn from our crematory but nothing personalized. Added this plate to the urn with the brad nails and now it's complete.
