The racing fan cremation urn honors those who lived for race day - the ones who planned weekends around the green flag, knew their driver's number by heart, and could talk strategy from the first lap to the last. Some spent decades in the grandstands and infields; others never missed a broadcast, a local dirt track, or a Sunday afternoon with the race on. Motorsports gave them a community, a season to look forward to, and the thrill of a close finish. For their families, the checkered flag on this urn marks a life that loved the race and everyone who shared it.
The natural grain and warm tones of the solid Alder wood provide a grounded, organic presence in any home. This sturdy construction offers a sense of enduring strength, mirroring the resilience of a lifelong enthusiast. For those who find peace in the roar of an engine, this racing fan cremation urn serves as a poignant tribute to a life lived at full throttle.
Quality features of this urn:
• solid alder hardwood
• bottom-loading base plate secured with four screws
• X-ray scannable and TSA-compliant for air travel
This urn is designed to hold the cremated remains of one adult. This urn fills from the bottom - start by setting it upside down on a soft cloth. Simply remove the four revealed screws to place the ashes inside, then secure the base back in place.
Item reference GM2104
Carefully lay the urn on it's top. Set into the base you will see four screws. Carefully remove each screw. The base of the urn can then be picked up and carefully set aside. Place the remains and optional mementos inside the urn. Carefully replace the base on the urn and then reinsert the screws. Tighten them until they are tight but there is no need to overtighten them.

Thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback. We will see what we can do in that regard, as that information would likely help others as well.
Holds all of an adult's remains, the same full-size memorial a funeral home provides. Choosing one urn for one person? This is the one.
Holds a meaningful portion of the remains, measured in cups, not all of them. Choose this when dividing ashes between households, or keeping some close after scattering the rest.
Holds a small token: a few spoonfuls. A personal remembrance: one for each family member, or something small to keep on a shelf or bedside table.
Keeping our sizing simple allows for worry-free shopping and a consistent canvas for your special engraving. Each cremation urn has a max size listed in its description. Contact us with specific questions regarding which cremation urn best fits your needs.
Our premium urns are finished in hand-applied enamel: glossier, deeper and more luminous than standard paint, with a rich, jewel-like depth of color and added durability. They are then adorned with intricate hand-hammered metal detailing: ornate, sculpted bands worked by hand around the lid and shoulder that catch the light. The result is an elevated, one-of-a-kind memorial you can feel as well as see.
Our classic painted finish over solid metal: a smooth, even color offered across our widest range of shades. The understated look keeps the focus on your engraving and artwork, holds its color over time, and suits most memorials. A timeless, versatile choice that pairs beautifully with any sentiment or design.
