It's really a handsome dark gray. It looks great in living room next our family pictures, the engraving is amazing.
Definitely dark grey the inside is painted black.

At the celebration everyone noted how pretty the design on the urn was. Everything about losing my daughter was terrible, at least this worked out better than I had had the energy to hope for.

I bought this for my sister. She loved Angel wings and had several pieces of jewelry that she always wore. When I saw the picture of this urn I knew it would be the right one for her. I was browsing the Internet with my family determined to find an urn after my mom showed up from her direct cremation that she had planned and paid for in a black plastic container. We saw a picture of this urn and I think everyone said something about it. The price was right and the engraving is great. Had it in two days to Indiana. I handled moving the ashes and everyone feels like mom is in a real resting place now. Great product great service.
