I had a very complicated order and the owner was kind enough to take me step by step to make a completely customized share size urn for my mother. The order when finally I finished changing it, was completed and delivered very quickly. I will definitely use them in the future. Ordering personalized merchandise online can be difficult. This is the first time i've ordered an urn but i've ordered some other personalized wedding gifts that didn't turn out as hoped. Green Meadow's website is fantastic! The engraving looks EXACTLY like it did in the preview. I can't believe none of the other websites i looked at did this. Super happy with the purchase and finally have a resting place for my sweet little Bubba.

A tribute for my little companion. The contrasting between the gray and the engraving is really dynamic. Urn is sturdy and strong. Threaded lid is what it is and the bottom has a felt covering on it. Overall very pleased with the purchase and service.
