Sharing urns are an option for anyone who is sharing remains amongst family or close friends. They can be used in place of a keepsake urn for a portion of the ashes. Larger than the standard keepsake size, they are able to hold much more ashes and allow for the engraving to be twice the size.

For families looking to split remains, this will hold one quarter to one fifth of the typical individual remains. We recommend at least one Individual sized urn to be used to hold additional remains.

A sharing urn is larger: a real home-display piece with more room for names, dates, and artwork you can actually read more easily. They are two sizes, not two names for the same urn.
