This matte black plate is designed specifically to be used for the DIY pet cremation urn. The plate is made from a durable attractive plastic. Thickness of the material is 0.0625". Each plate has an adhesive lined back which can be used to attach the urn to a surface or optionally the plate can be configured to have 4 holes for small brad nails which are included when configured.

This is exactly what I needed to memorialize my sweet little kitty who went over the rainbow bridge at almost 20 years of age. The craftsmanship is flawless. I requested nails rather than an adhesive back, so I cannot really testify to adhesion. Everything was exactly as I ordered
