Boxer Urns
These Boxer urns are for the dog that never really grew up and for everybody who heard it snore through a movie. The urns are cast aluminum and come in a range of painted colors, with one design also offered in hand-applied rose red enamel, in a large size for a dog up to 120 pounds or an extra-large for one up to 200.
Each urn carries the Boxer engraved as its design, and a name and dates can be added as an option.
This collection is created for the Boxer and the family they belonged to. It is for the household they leaned their whole weight against, the children they guarded while playing, and the person they followed from room to room.
A grown Boxer still bounces, still spins, and still meets the family with its whole body curling into a wiggle from the shoulders back. They express their playfulness by rearing onto their back legs and batting with their front paws. To show their devotion, they will sit on your feet and press their full weight against your legs to signal that they are staying. Even in rest, they are present through their snorts, grumbles, and snoring. The house feels far too quiet without those familiar sounds.
Each piece in this collection is made of cast aluminum and features the Boxer design engraved into the surface. These urns come in a range of painted colors, and one design is also offered in a hand-applied rose red enamel finish with hand-detailed silver bands. Every urn has a threaded screw-top lid and a felt base.
We offer two sizes to accommodate the full remains of a dog: a large size for those up to 120 pounds and an extra-large size for those up to 200 pounds. We also offer the option to have a name and dates cut into the surface through a two-tone engraving.
The Boxer as its own breed began in the late 1800s around Munich, Germany. Its ancestors were hunting dogs that knew how to take hold of large game and keep it there until the hunters arrived. A club was formed in Munich in 1895, and the first Boxer standard was established.
The American Boxer Club's own history puts the breed's real job plainly: to be a house and family dog, and a friend to the children. For a family, the design on the urn is that job, done every day for as long as the dog was there.

If they were the clown of your household and its guardian at the same time, then this design will recall them. For a family, the years went by too fast.
You may find yourself picturing them up on their back legs, batting at whoever was nearest.

Which size do I need?
Holds all of an adult's remains, the same full-size memorial a funeral home provides. Choosing one urn for one person? This is the one.
Holds a meaningful portion of the remains, measured in cups, not all of them. Choose this when dividing ashes between households, or keeping some close after scattering the rest.
Holds a small token: a few spoonfuls. A personal remembrance: one for each family member, or something small to keep on a shelf or bedside table.
Keeping our sizing simple allows for worry-free shopping and a consistent canvas for your special engraving. Each cremation urn has a max size listed in its description. Contact us with specific questions regarding which cremation urn best fits your needs.
