I ordered an engraved tag for my pet's urn box. I ordered it between Christmas and New Years and the site stated that all orders would not be fulfilled until the beginning of the New Year. January 2nd I received an email that it had already shipped. I received it a day or two later. The gold plague was made of a strong metal and the inscription was beautifully done. I would rate this place higher if they had more stars to give them!

I typically do not leave reviews but feel compelled to do so for Green Meadows. The level of support, care, and immediate response provided by the Green Meadow team was exceptional. We ordered a full size urn and 5 small personal urns for my dad. The large urn will be displayed in a glass niche. There was a small blemish on the lid and also the body that appeared to have happened during the curing or packaging process. After contacting Green Meadow they immediately shipped a replacement urn. Their response during this sensitive time was both comforting and thoughtful.

In addition to grieving, there are many responsibilities associated with making arrangements for our loved ones who have gone “home.” Green Meadows is a gift from above and understands how important their part is to the overall memory and experience when honoring those who have passed.
