My brother-in-law passed away this past January and when I placed my order, I put the wrong year of passing. I contacted GMM and explained what happened. They responded quickly and said they could give me a discount on a reorder since it was my mistake. I was so grateful because they did not have to do that. The Urn I got was beautiful and perfect. Our family was so so pleased.

The small keepsake urn I ordered for some of my Dad's ashes was even better than I expected, especially for the money. It was heavy, the pewter-colored coating was perfect and the decal I specified was placed perfectly.

My younger brother Rogelio “Roger” Gallardo passed away unexpectedly on 12/20/2023. During this time of shock, I was forced to look for an urn & know I was led to Green Meadow by a higher power. I still recall the moment, it was 6:00 AM 12/23/2023 when I saw the perfect urn and all I could do was cry. I knew it in my heart & felt in every fiber of my being that my brother Roger was smiling in agreement when I closed my eyes. I want to thank “Emilio C.” who packaged the urn with great care, speed, accuracy, compassion, and love. Our family, friends, and pastor were in complete Aww when they saw the perfect and beautiful urn that read our beloved “Rogers” name. Green Meadow we are grateful for you, the service and products you offer, and words don’t seem to capture the vulnerable sentiment and satisfaction you bring during the most difficult time in our lives.
