This is a beautiful memorial, arrived very quickly and the personalization was professionally completed just as i hoped. My sister was a professional musician, playing the piano most of her life. I am very pleased with this urn. The picture on the website looks like it is more of a matte finish, but it is actually a high gloss finish. It is heavy enough that it won't tip over easily. I was given a 2 week window for delivery, but it arrived less than a week from placing my order. My only complaint would be that the threads for the lid are a little rough, but because you only need to open/close it one time, it isn't an issue. I highly recommend this item.

Item arrived in about a week and it was exactly as described. On the bottom was a sticker that said handcrafted, made in India. We did not get a name engraved as all our urns are different. Love the screw top. Thank you!
