When you're grieving the loss of a loved one. The last thing you want to do is have a hassle with a making the arrangements. Your website was very easy to manage. The product I ordered was exactly how it was pictured on the website. The urn was beautiful and it was of good quality. The engraving was excellent also. The urn got to my home exactly on time. My mother didn't have any insurance so the most important part of this process was price. Your website was so reasonable. Whereas the funeral homes jack up the price 3 times as much ad your price.
