My husband was involved in an aircraft accident and passed away from his injuries. My son-in-law discovered Green Meadow and I ordered his cremation urn which was perfect for a pilot. After submitting my order, I discovered an error and called to correct it. The gentleman who answered and helped me was so kind and comforting. He suggested that I order the large instead. I was able to personalize the large and the three small urns for our children; they did a beautiful job. My order was promised by the following Tuesday and was delivered on time. I order a Urn for my dad service on a Thursday afternoon the service was that coming Saturday. Once I placed the order I received confirmation of the urn I had ordered with a photo of how it would look. I had messed up and ordered a Air Force seal instead of a Army seal. I contacted them they called me as soon as I reached out they fixed my mistake. I was in completely panic over my mistake that man assured me everything was fine they would have it done correctly and sent out that evening and I would receive it the next day (Friday). We received it Friday and it was absolutely gorgeous everyone at my dad memorial service raved over how perfect and gorgeous it was included that staff at the funeral home. I hope that I don't not have to order another urn from them anytime soon, but when it comes time that we need another I will definitely be using them again.
