My first order was lost by the post office. A quick email to Ned and they sent a new item out which I promptly received in a few days. Very responsive and the urn is pretty. Just the right size for our daughter to have a momentum of our beloved family pet.

What a wonderful urn this turned out to be. After 12 years my beloved Spenser passed from this world to the next and this urn is a lovely vessel for his remains. The engraving was beautiful and the poem was perfect. They say that it will arrive in 5-7 business days, mine arrived in 3. So, don't pay for extra shipping if you don't need to. Spenser will always remain in my heart and now his earthly remains will be honored for years to come in this beautiful urn. Thank you for making such a difficult time a little more special.
