Excellent Business

One of the best businesses I ever had the privileged of doing business with. They went out of their way to make sure my father's urn was correct even when I messed up the spelling and UPS messed up the delivery. The people here re-did the urn, got us the correct size urn, and overnighted the urn for Saturday delivery. Again very caring customer service and very professional. Found this urn online without seeing it anywhere else. Decided to order the urn because of the price and I received my product the next day. I couldn't be happier. They are beautiful urns and the engraving looks amazing even though it is pretty small! I am so happy to have a beautiful memorial for our beloved pet.

Simply perfect
