I had a slightly custom request for my Dads urn, he always loved John Deere tractors, and Nat and Ryan couldn't have been easier to work with. We talked on the phone a couple of times and they quickly took a photo I had and paired it with one of the oak photo urns and added text for me. It looks amazing and the cost was extremely reasonable. They turned my custom request around in two days and had the urn a whole week before the funeral which really set my family at ease. The morning after my Family member's death, I sat with my sibling discussing the funeral arrangements. I did not want them to bear the expense of an urn from funeral home. I ended up calling in three times, and was treated quickly and respectfully each time I called. I had simple questions, but they took the time to answer all of them fully. In the end I just stayed on the phone with Nate throughout the order process and even though it went smoothly it made me feel much less anxious. I had never ordered a cremation urn before and didn't know anything about the process. If you have any questions I would just call them. I was told Ryan would complete and ship my urn yet that afternoon and he did. It arrived and everything I had been told over the phone about it was true. Highly recommend Green Meadows.

I called in and received excellent customer service. I was walked through the entire process and then told the urn would ship the next morning from their workshop. It shipped out right away the next morning and after ordering on a Monday I had my engraved cremation urn and matching keepsake on Thursday. The engraving is better in person than it was on the internet. I needed the urn by the 9th of January and they made it all easier by getting me the memorials we needed so quickly. A+.

I spent nearly half an hour on the phone working with Matt on getting the right urn and then getting all the engraving just right. I had a lot of questions since I had never purchased a cremation urn before. He was patient and asked all my questions. My beautiful blue urn is just right for my son and everything is just how Matt said it would be. I hope Matt's boss is reading this because he really helped me. He told me Ryan would be doing my engraving and I could trust it would be out that day and it was. I was able to order online and have it three days before I needed it for the service.

About two hours later I had a tracking number and in Florida we had it the next day with no drama. Saved a lot of money and I think it's nicer than any urn we were shown.
