I am very pleased with this urn. The picture on the website looks like it is more of a matte finish, but it is actually a high gloss finish. It is heavy enough that it won't tip over easily. I was given a 2 week window for delivery, but it arrived less than a week from placing my order. My only complaint would be that the threads for the lid are a little rough, but because you only need to open/close it one time, it isn't an issue. I highly recommend this item.
