I don't go out of my way to write reviews for companies online but Nat at Green Meadow helped me out so much that i absolutely needed to extend my sincerest thank you to him. My family wanted an urn with a custom logo from my brothers football club. Nat was extremely responsive and helpful at making this happen and the finished product was absolutely amazing. The whole process from the first email to having the product in our hands was only 4 days to us in Florida! Thank you so much it means so much to us!

We were in a sudden rush to find a new cremation urn from my dad when a family member raised a lot questions about the one that we had already purchased from the funeral home. It was becoming a huge distraction so I looked online and found a beautiful white brass urn and contacted them to see how fast I could get it. It was already lunch time and I was told not only could I get it the next day, but I could also get it engraved too. I worked with Nat to quickly place my order so it could get done that day and the next day UPS dropped off the urn. Inside was a note from Ryan who did a great job, the urn is even better in person than I was expecting and 1/3rd the price of what we had agreed to get from the funeral home. Because of how fast this memorial came I was able to cancel the urn from the funeral home as it was never used and the whole family is pleased with this urn, and I know my Dad would be happy with it and the fact it calmed our family as well. I wish to thank y'all for the urn I ordered for my Mother... Needless to say I was having one problem after another and I couldn't get my sister and brother to agree on what I wanted and the poem I wanted on the back... So I had them get back with me with their ideas... After almost 2 weeks they still didn't have anything ready... So I choose to do as I seen fit... And in doing so I received my urn within a few days... Very fast delivery... I opened it and was reading it to my grandson when I realized I messed up and put the year of death the same as the year of birth...I didn't want to let my family know and was at a loss...I emailed y'all and received a call back from Nat.. My life saver... He understood my dilemma and helped me with redoing the urn with the correct year and helped me with a coupon to save on the cost... Seeing how I would have 2 urns now... Their work on my mother's Urn was absolutely gorgeous. They had the perfect urn, and they worked closely with me to customize it. They had it to me very very quickly. I got a purple urn with an Elephant on it, which was perfect for my mom. I couldn't find anything like it anywhere else. My mother ñoved purple and elephants, and when I saw the urn I knew it was a sign. I texted them at 10:30pm because I was stressing because I just ordered it and there was something I wanted to fix, and they replied within two minutes and assured me they could help me and fix it.
