During these times it's so hard to know what to do. Shopping online for an urn is a tough process as most websites don't even show you how the engraving will look when done. I called customer service with a couple questions and they were extremely helpful and courteous. When the urn arrived it was so beautiful - i took pictures and shared with the family because it was so nice. If i ever have to do this again i will certainly buy from Green Meadow Memories again.

We were in a sudden rush to find a new cremation urn from my dad when a family member raised a lot questions about the one that we had already purchased from the funeral home. It was becoming a huge distraction so I looked online and found a beautiful white brass urn and contacted them to see how fast I could get it. It was already lunch time and I was told not only could I get it the next day, but I could also get it engraved too. I worked with Nat to quickly place my order so it could get done that day and the next day UPS dropped off the urn. Inside was a note from Ryan who did a great job, the urn is even better in person than I was expecting and 1/3rd the price of what we had agreed to get from the funeral home. Because of how fast this memorial came I was able to cancel the urn from the funeral home as it was never used and the whole family is pleased with this urn, and I know my Dad would be happy with it and the fact it calmed our family as well. I wish to thank y'all for the urn I ordered for my Mother... Needless to say I was having one problem after another and I couldn't get my sister and brother to agree on what I wanted and the poem I wanted on the back... So I had them get back with me with their ideas... After almost 2 weeks they still didn't have anything ready... So I choose to do as I seen fit... And in doing so I received my urn within a few days... Very fast delivery... I opened it and was reading it to my grandson when I realized I messed up and put the year of death the same as the year of birth...I didn't want to let my family know and was at a loss...I emailed y'all and received a call back from Nat.. My life saver... He understood my dilemma and helped me with redoing the urn with the correct year and helped me with a coupon to save on the cost... Seeing how I would have 2 urns now... He was in contact with me thru the whole thing and showed me the order form with correct year and I received the corrected urn in just a few days and my Aunt took the other urn with no problem at a little fee....I want to say thank you so very much Nat for all ur time and help u put into this for a person that already was so lost with the fact of losing my Mother and just wanting to make my family happy also... They love the urn and are very happy with my choices of the poem and all... It is so beautiful...I will also be ordering a necklace or 2... Again thank you so very much Nat...
