I absolutely LOVE the urn I purchased. It is just like the picture and the engraving is beautiful! I had tears in my eyes when it arrived and I was finally able to place the remains of my beloved cat in it. The poem on the back just says it all!!! I highly recommend this product and the service and fast shipping!!!

Your site was very easy to navigate and has many beautiful choices for our fur baby's remains. It was hard to choose, mostly because it was such a hard final act. However, the ordering was very easy. I was surprised by the amount of personalization you allow. It made a huge difference in deciding what I wanted.
The urn itself came much sooner than I expected. Especially since there was a terrible snow storm making deliveries difficult. The urn was wrapped with care, and came with a lovely black bag.
The engraving was done to perfection. Obviously this gentleman has had years of experience, and takes pride in his work. It reflects a caring company. Thank you so much.
The only problem I had, was I ordered a slightly too small urn. Our little girl wasn't very big, but part of her remains won't fit. That's ok though. I have plans for those remains, so all is good.
River was very special to us. She is at peace now, even though we aren't. We miss her dearly. But we made the right choice using your company for her remains. All of your communication has been kind and reverent. I appreciate that you know how hard a time it is for grieving families and respond accordingly.
We still have more pets, and in the very distant future I will be contacting you again. I pray it is many, many years from now. It's just good to know you are there.

I received such a pretty urn for my little brother.
I chose three day shipping and received my package in two days.
I was able to customize the writing on my urn and the engraving of a video game controller to represent my brother's love for video games was so meaningful
