The Urn came out so much more beautiful than we imagined and it really reflected my dad. The timely manner in which it came was amazing, thought I didn't appreciate UPS basically disregarding the fact that I expedited the shipment and it came the same day as it would have if I had gone with regular shipping. It still came out great and I highly recommend!

We have issued a refund for the difference you paid between the Express shipping and the Ground shipping that would have had it arrive in the same amount of time. It was our honor to be of service.
In a time of grief it was it was reassuring to have to not to worry about the urn.
It was absolutely beautiful.

Pictures do not do the urn justice. It’s very hard to find urns for gamers. As much as I hated the fact that I even had to buy an urn for my Player 1 - I promise you, you will not be disappointed. It arrived earlier than I expected. It was packaged very well.
