Came out exactly as planned! They were very communicative, via email and call to address my questions. The only thing is that my 'design' of a soccer ball was not previously used, so I had to pay extra for a 'new' design.

H.P. Lovecraft, was his favorite writer so this was perfect for him. ( I got the larger one and didn't have it engraved because I'm going in there with him when I die.) I'm ordering this keepsake one for my sister. I know she'll be pleased.
