I was very satisfied with the product that I purchased. It came exactly as advertised, in a timely manner, and was priced very favorably compared to traditional funeral home costs. My wife and I are making plans for our own final arrangements and plan to order 2 more for ourselves (this purchase was for my mother who recently passed). I ordered my memorials - a full size urn for myself and sharing urns for my sons, and they came so quickly I had them that week yet. The urns are very pretty and the engraving is very professional. I was most impresed with the pricing. All three urns were less than what the crematory had wanted to sell to me just the large urn with no engraving! It is a sad time but its nice to find a small business with good service and pricing these days. Five stars.
