I was having trouble with purchasing multiple mini urns for my sisters and I and Nat the owner helped me with placing that order. Extremely helpful staff wanting to make sure your wishes are taken care of. Great product, they have easy ways to create an urn just as you picture it. They flipped the guitar over to create a correct left handed one.

Trying to do some pre-planning for myself and while it's difficult a little humor certainly goes a long way. The price was excellent and engraving previews made it very easy to order online
