I was having trouble with purchasing multiple mini urns for my sisters and I and Nat the owner helped me with placing that order. He went above and beyond making sure that I got what I wanted in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again . From the order to shipping (with he waived) was a great experience. And ordering urns I was expecting to be an emotional experience but they made it as pleasant as can be

Extremely helpful staff wanting to make sure your wishes are taken care of. Great product, they have easy ways to create an urn just as you picture it. They flipped the guitar over to create a correct left handed one.
