I ended up calling in three times, and was treated quickly and respectfully each time I called. I had simple questions, but they took the time to answer all of them fully. In the end I just stayed on the phone with Nate throughout the order process and even though it went smoothly it made me feel much less anxious. I had never ordered a cremation urn before and didn't know anything about the process. If you have any questions I would just call them. I was told Ryan would complete and ship my urn yet that afternoon and he did. It arrived and everything I had been told over the phone about it was true. Highly recommend Green Meadows.

Arrived on time, carefully packed, and a nice natural alder. Looked just as nice as the $300 boxes the funeral home was trying to sell us without the engraving. What the photos don't show well is how nice the depth of the engraving is. We were all very impressed with the quality of the construction and the depth / appearance of the engraving. These were a perfect compliment to the full sized motorcycle cremation urn we bought. Got 4 of these for each of the kids so they can keep their father close to them. Was in a bit of a rush to have these engraved and they got them done just as promised i would highly recommend this company to anyone.
