First, it was important to us that the urn was made here in the USA. My grandfather fought for our country, was a proud American, and would have haunted me if there was a made in China sticker under him. I got exactly what I ordered. The turn around time was fairly quick, maybe a week and a half. The price was fair. The urn truly captures his essence. I highly recommend this company.’
