Once we had finally found the right urn for my brother, this site made buying simple. We had spent time on another site and gotten really frustrated, here at Green Meadow we had quick chat support and the preview of the urn as I worked on it was reassuring. Ordered Monday night, shipped Tuesday, arrived on Wednesday. Urn was just like it looked online and so many people asked where we had gotten it. Of course we shared Green Meadow Memorials but you all need to put some business cards in the box or something. Thank you Ryan your care in getting this right and doing it fast was just what I needed.

I ordered on Labor day and needed it for a service on this coming Monday. UPS just dropped off my order and it looks great. That it shipped Tuesday was impressive. This Puprle Urn engraved with the rose on the front and her favorite poem on the back is just perfect and I already dropped it off at the funeral home so one more thing is taken care of. Timing is everything these guys did it right. Good work.

We needed the urn in just a couple of days and chatted with support before purchasing it. They assured it would be there the next day. Placed the order after lunch time and got a shipping number in about an hour. The beautiful cross urn was in our home the next day. Everyone thought it was extremely nice, the funeral director asked me twice where I bought it. Great job Green Meadow Memorials.

I needed help with the order and contacted them over the phone with questions. Nate was very patient and stepped me through the engraving and helped me in check out picking the shipping service. The memorial was a week away and since I am in Colorado we did the three day shipping. It arrived two days before just as I needed it to and everything was just as it been described on the phone. I needed an urn quickly for my aunt and I wanted it engraved. I ordered the Gunmetal gray urn with engraving on both sides and artwork on a Sunday night with overnight delivery because I needed it no later than Wednesday. The order got shipped around lunch time on Monday and I had it Tuesday afternoon. I felt relieved when I opened that box and it was done just as I had instructed. Thank you Ryan for doing RIGHT and FAST. It's been a chaotic time but this was right on the money.

Choosing an urn for my mother's cremains was a daunting process...I didn't know where to begin, I just knew I wanted something more special than those offered by the funeral parlor to reflect her personality. She grew up as the daughter of a carpenter and had a deep love for woodwork. It seemed only fitting to choose an urn made in the United States of America. I was very happy with the easy of ordering...The engraving previews provided online worked excellent and the representative whom i spoke to was very helpful. Ya'll made it so easy for me to get the engraving exactly the way i wanted it and i even got to see a preview as i made it.
